Angelo made two cocktails for the OTC crew:
- First one he called THE BAT.....
Pineapple winged with passionfruit charged with Tequila Reposado and Grand Marnier balanced with summerfruit syrup and apple juice. "and we'll have another one of those thanks". - The next one he called OUT THERE ... and we certainly were after drinking it
The freshness of watermelon winged with basil leaves, balanced with lime juice and sugar, and charged with vodka. Far too moorish. This one had my vote.
And a great night was had by all.
